The Pearl Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening Ceremony on Thursday, January 8th for Diva Salon & Spa located at 121 George Wallace Drive, next door to the Pearl Chamber of Commerce. Owner and stylist Tina Jackson has a diverse clientele and specializes in haircuts, color, extensions and eyebrow waxing. As a Grand Opening Special she is offering a complimentary trim for any first time customer! She exclusively uses Pravana hair color, KeraStraight Keratin Treatment and Redken haircare products. Diva Salon & Spa has a large selection of micro-link extensions in stock and will color the extensions to match the client’s hair color. Extensions may be added to the whole head or partial. Tina also makes custom wigs from human hair. For cancer patients she only charges for the hair, not for the labor in creating the wig. Diva Salon & Spa has a massage therapist on staff that offers a range of services such as hot stone massage, Caribbean body scrub, deep tissue massage and pre-natal massage. All massages are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome for the hair salon, but appointments are preferred. Diva Salon & Spa is open Wednesday – Saturday from 10 a.m. until the last customer.
