Congratulations to Lacy Windham LaBorde, Catering Manager at McAlister's Deli in Pearl for earning the title of Ambassador of the Month. Lacy is a very active ambassador who attends almost every ribbon cutting ceremony that the chamber hosts and volunteers her time at the many events that are held. Lacy was presented with a $25 Gift Certificate to the Alumni House Sports Bar and Grill at the Holiday Inn Trustmark Park in Pearl.

Congratulations to Rebecca Vick Watkins, Branch Supervisor at Trustmark Bank, for earning the title of Ambassador of the Month. Rebecca has been in banking for over 20 years and is also a member of the Pearl Kiwanis Club and Lake Harbor Church of Christ. She lives in Pearl with her husband Richard and has five children. Rebecca is very active in her role as ambassador by attending numerous ribbon cutting ceremonies and volunteering to work at many of the chamber events. Rebecca was presented with a $25 gift card from Steak N Shake in Pearl.

Congratulations to Jerry Hester for earning the title of December Ambassador of the Month. Jerry is the Cashier in the Business Office at Hinds Community College - Rankin Campus and she is also the Worship Leader at McLaurin Heights United Methodist Church. Jerry is active in everything at the chamber and is faithful to attend ribbon cutting ceremonies and other chamber events. She was presented with a $25 gift certificate from the Alumni House Sports Bar & Grill at the Holiday Inn Trustmark Park.

Congratulations to Lacy Laborde, Catering Manager at McAlister's Deli for earning the title of Ambassador of the Month. Lacy attends the ribbon cutting ceremonies and works at all of the many events of the chamber. Thank you Lacy for all of your hard work not only at the Pearl Chamber of Commerce but at McAlister's Deli as well. McAlister's Deli of Pearl recently scored the highest in the whole region in the secret shopper competition. Lacy received a $25 Gift Certificate from the Alumni House Sports Bar & Grill at the Holiday Inn Trustmark Park.

Congratulations to Brittney Williams, Sales and Customer Service Manager at T&D Furniture, for earning the title of Ambassador of the Month in October. Brittney volunteers her time to help with all of the chamber events, attends the Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies and is also a model in the Girls Night Out Fashion Show every year! Congratulations to Lacy LaBorde with McAlister’s Deli for earning the title of Ambassador of the Month in August. Lacy has been with McAlister’s for 15 years and is the Catering Manager at the Pearl location. Lacy was honored as the Pearl Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year in February 2017 for her dedication and service at all of the many chamber events. Lacy is married to Michael LaBorde and they have two little girls, Macyanna and Maylee. Lacy was presented with a $25 gift certificate from the Alumni House Sports Bar & Grill at the Holiday Inn Trustmark Park.

Congratulations to Derek Havard with McIntosh & Associates Realtors for earning the title of Ambassador of the Month in May. He was presented with a $25 Gift Card from the Alumni House Sports Bar & Grill. Derek has been with McIntosh & Associates for 6 years and was the Top Producer in the company in 2015 and 2016. Derek recently received an Outstanding Achievement Award in 2017 for consistently remaining as a top performing agent not only within McIntosh & Associates but also in the Greater Metro Area. Derek has been an active Ambassador with the chamber for 4 years and has recently been selected to serve the remainder of an unexpired term on the Pearl Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Congratulations to Brittney Williams with T&D Furniture for earning the title of Ambassador of the Month in April. Brittney graduated from Pearl High School in 2004 and has been at T&D for 12 years. She is the Customer Service and Sales Manager. Brittney is very active with the chamber and volunteers her time to help with events as well as attend the ribbon cutting ceremonies. Thank you Brittney for your service and dedication to the Pearl Chamber of Commerce. Brittney received a $25 gift certificate from the Alumni House Sports Bar & Grill at the Holiday Inn Trustmark Park.

Congratulations to Brian Hughes for earning the title of Ambassador of the Month in March. Brian is a graduate of North Pike High School and the University of Southern Mississippi with a B.A.in education and a M.B.A. Brian is a former captain in the U.S. Air Force and served as an aircraft maintenance officer. He is also an active member of the Ridgeland VFW, the Kiwanis Club of Pearl,  the Pearl Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson. Brian is the Branch Manager and Loan Officer at Priority One Bank in Pearl. He is very active in numerous chamber and city events and is a very loyal Ambassador. Thank you Brian for your service and dedication to the Pearl Chamber of Commerce. Brian received a $25 Gift Card from the Alumni House Sports Bar & Grill at the Holiday Inn Trustmark Park in Pearl.

Congratulations to Ed Douglass at Coffee News for earning the title of Ambassador of the Month in February. Coffee News is an entertaining, upbeat publication filled with unusual news stories, jokes, trivia, amazing facts, and a whole lot more. They hide the little coffee cup within the publication that adds even more fun for readers. No bad news here! It's a weekly, one-page publication (front and back) printed in black and tan. You can find it in restaurants, coffee shops, and all kinds of waiting areas. It provides a pleasant way to pass the time while you're waiting for service. And it's free! It is printed worldwide and distributed to restaurants and other service related outlets providing "good news" to patrons while promoting local businesses and provides awareness to local non-profits.
