A Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on Wednesday, June 15th at Little Willie’s BBQ located at 3015 Hwy 80 East in Pearl. Little Willie’s serves a huge variety of freshly smoked BBQ such as their signature pulled pork, brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage, hamburgers and pork chops. Another very popular item is the smoked turkey legs that look as good as they taste. They offer custom cut ribeye steak and filets smoked to perfection that comes with your choice of delicious homemade sides. Little Willie’s is the only restaurant in the area to serve freshly made Louisiana Boudin. They have smoked pork, shrimp and crawfish links as well as Boudin Balls. They also make pork skins in house several times a day so they are always fresh and delicious. They serve several “Specialty Items” such as chicken spaghetti, lasagna and twice baked potatoes. Little Willie’s also offers wings, homemade desserts and daily lunch features. They sell meat in bulk by the pound and also cater any size event, from an office lunch to a large corporate event.
