The Pearl Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony today at Trustmark Park celebrating the kick-off of the "Walk The Park" initiative that allows people the opportunity to walk the 360 degree concourse any time year round during normal business hours. Walkers can also walk the park during games but a game ticket must be purchased. Merit Health and the Mississippi Braves partnered to bring a new venue for those who enjoy walking as a form of exercise and physical fitness. Walkers will be allowed to bring in food and drinks and use the picnic tables when a game is not going on
