The Pearl Chamber of Commerce held a Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at SUMO Hibachi on Friday May 24th. They are located at the Food Court at Outlets of Mississippi in Pearl. Sumo Hibachi offers fresh made to order hibachi entrees with a full hibachi menu, over 40 signature sushi rolls, soups, salads and all of your favorite sides and appetizers. Owners Eric and Ashley Zhao are also the owners of Chix Chicken & Chopz - Outlets of MS and China Wok also located in the Food Court. Hours are Monday-Saturday 10-9 and Sunday 10-7.
